Matthew specialises in investment agency with a focus on the acquisition and disposal of out of town retail parks, food stores and leisure investments, together with development funding. Although it doesn’t show in his youthful looks, he has over 30 years’ experience in the retail warehouse investment sector.
Tom Watson

Tom Watson

Tom joined in September 2020 and specialises in investment agency. Over the last 12 years, first at CBRE and lately as a partner at Morgan Williams, he has been involved in over £4 billion of investment transactions and development funding for a range of clients, including UK listed REITs, institutional investors, real estate private equity funds, and property companies.

James Welch

James joined Stockford Anderson in January 2024 from Gerald Eve where he was a partner for four years. He was previously a director at JLL and a founder of Cortex Partners. He is renowned for his expertise in the leisure and out of town retail investment markets. With over 35 years of investment agency and development funding experience, he has advised on many of the high profile leisure schemes in the UK and has a broad client base.
