Ravenhead Retail Park

The scheme offers over 390,000 sq ft of prime open A1 and part bulky goods retail space. Since its intital construction in 2000, the retail park has been extended and now offers a diverse tenant line-up including electrical, furniture, fashion and DIY stores, as well as a food and beverage offering.

The scheme houses retailers such as B&Q, Currys/PC World, M&S, Next and Pets at Home. Recently added retailers include Flannels, Everlast Gyms and Crown Paints. Food and beverage operators include Burger King, Costa and Subway. There is ample parking throughout the park with dual access provided from either end.

Ravenhead Retail Park is located on both the West Coast Main Line and Trans Pennine Rail Networks and sitting directly on the M6 and M62 motorways. Providing easy and quick access to a wide supply chain and a work force of approximately 3.4 million within one hours’ drive.
