Weavers Wharf Shopping Park is an edge of centre hybrid scheme, offering an alternative prime pitch for the town, and a pedestrian link to the high street and the adjacent Tesco Superstore.

Occupiers include M&S, Next, TK Maxx, Boots, New Look, Debenhams, Matalan.

£25 million is being invested to extend Weavers Wharf Shopping Park, total floor space to increase from 221,000 to 299,000 sq ft. With planning consent for a further 78,000 sq ft of new open A1 retail and restaurant space and 10,000 sq ft of new restaurant space.
