Solent Retail Park

The first phase of the Retail Park includes a range of retailers from Next; Sports Direct; Laura Ashley; Halfords; Hobbycraft; Pets at Home and Peacocks.

The second phase of the Retail Park is effectively an extension to the adjacent first phase of the scheme. It provides a single structure of circa 82,000 sqft with approximately 46,000sqft at ground floor and 36,000sqft at first floor and has the potential to be sub-divided into up to five units. The building is of a steel portal frame construction clad with profile steel sheeting and has a full height glazed frontage with canopy and pyramid feature entrances.

The site is immediately opposite a Tesco Superstore and Petrol Station on the south side of Solent Road. Construction on 14 new units at Solent Trade Park will complete in early 2015 with a number of units now let to tenants that include Screwfix; Toolstation and Halfords Autocentre.

Phase three – 10,000 sq ft new development.

The site is superbly situated within an established retail/trade area with excellent road connections to the A27 and A3 (M) networks, close proximity to public transport facilities, and less than 0.5km to the west of Havant Town Centre.
